I’m passionate about helping mission-driven people clarify their message, take action on their goals, and build the habits, tools, and systems that make the work sustainable.I’m drawn to the challenge of pushing personal limits and the joy of achieving something together; whether it's raising my daughter with my wife in New York City, climbing with friends or biking solo, gathering around a gaming table, or helping build ministries and communities. More than anything, I believe in work that leaves people and places better than you found them.
